ASSOCIATED PRESS MANILA, Philippines November 4, 2012 (AP) Australia and the Philippines will discuss greater security cooperation and visits by Australian forces for exercises with Filipino troops under a newly approved pact, Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin said Sunday.
